Retired Special Agent Ferrigno offers clients extensive leadership experience from five different government agencies including Interpol Washington (the United States National Central Bureau), the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Office of Inspector General, U.S. Customs/Homeland Security Investigations, the U.S. Postal Service Office of Inspector General, and U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services.
International & Government Experience. Special Agent Ferrigno is the former Chief of Staff and Senior Homeland Security Advisor to INTERPOL Washington, the former Chief of Investigations of the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, the former Assistant to the Special Agent in Charge to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (Office of Inspector General), the former Assistant Special Agent in Charge at the U.S. Postal Service (Office of Inspector General), and former Supervisory Special Agent for Homeland Security Investigations and the legacy U.S. Customs Service. Domestically and internationally, Special Agent Ferrigno spent three decades leading, coordinating, and executing some of the country’s most sensitive and vital law enforcement operations.
Client Services. His unusually broad federal and international law experience allows Special Agent Ferrigno to effectively assist and guide companies and individual clients going through government scrutiny with a particular focus in the areas of import-export, harbor and shipment security, import of illicit drugs, border security, international extradition, smuggling, insider threat, intellectual property rights and counterfeit goods, money laundering, immigration fraud, foreign threat analysis, technology security, counter-infiltration, and cross-border judicial cooperation.
Education & Training. Mr. Ferrigno is a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police, the U.S. Department of State Overseas Security Advisory Council and trained in Intelligence Support Systems for Law Enforcement Agents, U.S. Customs and Border Protection Cargo Security Initiative, Field Trauma Care for Police Officers, and Counter Threat Awareness, among others. He graduated from Mount Saint Mary College with a Bachelor of Arts and the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Criminal Investigator Training Program.
